Conditions of Use

The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We try to keep the online store stock number updated regularly but there are occasions when our actual physical stock and online numbers do not match.

VAT
we are not VAT registered at present.

Orders
A contract is formed between LucindaFur.co.uk and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are despatched, the order may be cancelled. However exceptions apply to personalised items. These can not be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that we have received your order. All goods are sold subject to availability.

Description of Goods & Services
Whilst we attempt to ensure that there are no changes to the goods supplied, it is possible that there might be some minor variation to the description / and or specification of the goods, which arise by virtue of changes made by the manufacturer of the parts supplied which form part of the goods.

Faulty/Damaged items

Completion
We cannot be held responsible for any upset or consequential losses which occur as a result of us not being able to supply any items. We also reserve the right to refuse any order.
