Delivery 

Unless we agree otherwise in writing :

The delivery of the goods will take place to the delivery address stated on the order.

Dispatch of the goods will take place within 5 working days.

Any dates specified by us for delivery are intended to be an estimate. If no dates are specified , we will endeavor to deliver within a reasonable time frame.

Returns

You may return goods within 14 days of receipt as long as goods are in a new and unused condition.

Returned items which are not in a new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be credited to you unless they are faulty.

If you return any goods that are not faulty we will not refund the postage charge.

No refunds or exchanges can be given on custom items made to your individual request, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered. Your statutory rights are not affected.

To return goods please use our contact page for prior approval. You will be requested to add a note to the returned parcel stating why you are returning the goods and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for paying the cost of return postage.

For valid returns we will refund your account within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please note we can only credit the original purchase account.

We recommend that you get a certificate of postage ( free from any Post Office ) for any returns you make. Always retain proof of postage.
